Rebellion 1/21/2018

(The camera fades backstage to a large, red walled, carpeted room. We’re greeted by a smiling Sofia Clarke and Allen Livingston as they prepare to give us a rundown of tonight’s show)

Sofia Clarke: Well hello there REVOLT! faithful! It’s me Sofia Clarke, joined by my partner in crime, Allen Livingston.
Allen Livingston: Ay ay checkitoutnowitsyaboyallenlivingston here to tell you what’s good tonight, Sofia, whatchu got?

Sofia Clarke: OH IT’S ALL GOOD TONIGHT! Last night we got confirmation on the first REVOLT! marquee event. It’ll take place February 17th… Allen that’s just a few weeks away, and there’s still A LOT to do before we get there!

Allen Livingston: Don’t fret though little girl, we’re gonna be taking A BIG step forward tonight! In fact… it looks like we’re gonna be crowning our first champion right out of the gate! Scott Diamond and Albert Hitchman are scheduled to start tonight off… and remember last week, they DEMANDED that Scott Diamond be handed the Heavyweight Championship TONIGHT!

Sofia Clarke: If that wasn’t big enough we also get the debut of two of the most decorated athletes this industry has ever known… Impact and Mr. DEDEDE! Ahhh it’s gonna be so great, the excitement is killing me… let’s go!

(The camera fades out)

(The camera fades inside the arena to an overhead shot of the ring and stage)

James Peters: HELLLOOOOO EVERYBODY AND WELCOME TO SUNDAY NIGHT REBELLION!!

(“In the Air Tonight” by Phil Collins hits as Scott Diamond explodes out of the curtain and onto the stage. He makes his way towards the ring with Albert Hitchman following, microphone in hand)

Bella Braxton: Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome… SCOTT DIAMOND AND ALBERT HITCHMAN!

James Peters: WELL FOLKS THIS IS IT! LAST WEEK ALBERT HITCHMAN DEMANDED THAT SCOTT DIAMOND BE HANDED THE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP AND HERE THEY ARE! Hitchman also claimed that if Talib Bari and Mike Silver fail to deliver the Heavyweight Championship… there will be hell to pay.

Rich Russillo: There’s no claim about it, Peters! If Scott Diamond doesn’t get the Heavyweight Championship tonight I promise you tonight isn’t gonna go well for anybody.

(Hitchman and Diamond enter the ring. Diamond stands stoic in the center while Hitchman paces around)

Albert Hitchman: Well, here we are. Now where is the Heavyweight Championship?

(Both men look towards the stage, but nothing happens)

Albert Hitchman: Please don’t do this. Scott Diamond already isn’t in a good mood this evening, don’t make this more difficult than it needs to be. I know you need the suspense, I know you need the ratings but please, Talib, Mike… just make this easy on everyone…

(A few more seconds pass with nothing happening. The camera pans back to the ring to show a now angry Scott Diamond and a worried Albert Hitchman)

Albert Hitchman: I don’t want this to happen… but I warned you. I WARNED YOU WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF SCOTT DIAMOND WASN’T GIVEN THE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT SCOTT DIAMOND IS ABOUT TO DO TO THIS SHOW, THIS ARENA OR THE PEOPLE INSIDE OF IT!

(Scott Diamond exits the ring and heads over to the commentary table)

Rich Russillo: OH MY GOD, PETERS!! HE’S COMING RIGHT FOR YOU!!

James Peters: :damn:!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!

(Scott Diamond grabs James Peters by the throat and pulls him over the commentary table but before he can do anything further he’s interrupted by a voice at the top of the stage)

???: Put him down, stop the tantrum… there’s no need for that.

(The camera zooms up to the top of the stage to show Michael Bishop coming through the curtain with a microphone in hand. Diamond throws James Peters back into his seat and re-enters the ring)

Michael Bishop: So this is Scott Diamond. Well I gotta say, everything I’ve heard about him is true… at least from a physical standpoint. But it was never brought to my attention that he was such a baby. Look at him, this is the great and mighty Scott Diamond? Reduced to begging for relevancy? How embarrassing, really. Have some dignity, man. This isn’t doing any favors for your reputation.

Albert Hitchman: Excuse me? And who the hell are you?

Michael Bishop*entering the ring*: Don’t play stupid Al, as someone in the same weight class as your client here, you damn well know who I am.

(Bishop steps to the left of Albert Hitchman, now directly in the path of Scott Diamond)

Michael Bishop: But as for you… the man who doesn’t have to act stupid to be stupid, I’m The Revenant, Michael Bishop and I’m here to stop you from becoming the Heavyweight Champion of REVOLT!

Albert Hitchman: OOOH so heroic! But let me ask you something… how the hell do you plan on doing that?

Michael Bishop: Hmph, maybe you aren’t playing stupid. You know… how about you try handing the microphone to him. Maybe I’ll have better luck talking with him.

(Albert Hitchman shrugs as he hands the microphone over to Scott Diamond who raises it as he gets up in the face of Michael Bishop)

Scott Diamond: Alright, but I’m gonna ask him the same question that you did. How the hell do you plan on stopping me from being the Heavyweight Champion? Look at you and look at me. Both Heavyweights sure, by definition but it doesn’t take much to see that you… you can’t compare… it’s gonna take a lot more than–

James Peters: AND OH!! MICHAEL BISHOP JUST LIT SCOTT DIAMOND UP WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK STRAIGHT TO THE SKULL!! THE KICK RIGHT TO THE SKULL AND SCOTT DIAMOND… RICH I THINK HE’S OUT!!

Rich Russillo: NO WAY!! MICHAEL BISHOP JUST LAID SCOTT DIAMOND OUT WITH ONE KICK TO THE HEAD!! ALBERT HITCHMAN IS SHOCKED, HE’S IN DISBELIEF… THERE’S NO WAY THAT JUST HAPPENED!!

(Michael Bishop picks up the microphone and walks towards Albert Hitchman)

Michael Bishop: Like that.

(Bishop tosses the microphone down and heads out of the ring to a large ovation)

James Peters: TONIGHT DEFINITELY DIDN’T GO THE WAY DIAMOND AND HITCHMAN EXPECTED IT TO GO… EXPECTING THE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP AND INSTEAD… SCOTT DIAMOND GETS KNOCKED OUT BY MICHAEL BISHOP FROM JUST ONE KICK!!

Rich Russillo: Michael Bishop just made the biggest mistake of his life…

(Camera fades out into commercial)

(Commercial break)

(Camera fades to the ring)

Bella Braxton: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

(“Don’t Waste My Time” by Krept & Konan hits as Lexi Sheckler approaches the stage and gives an assuring grin before making her way down to the ring)

Bella Braxton: Introducing first, from San Clemente, California… LEEEEXXXXXXIIIIII SHEEEEECCCCKKKKKKKKLLLLEEERRRRRR!!

James Peters: A new signing to REVOLT! Pro Combat’s Freeweight division, Lexi Sheckler brings with her quite a résumé. And she hopes to add to it here.

(“The Beautiful People” by Marilyn Manson hits as Malice makes her way to the ring with Layla at her side)

Bella Braxton: And her opponent, being accompanied by Layla… MMAALLLLLLLLLIIIIIICCCCCCCEEEEEEE!!

Rich Russillo: And it’s gonna be quite the test for Ms. Sheckler in her first match. These two are a lot alike in many ways, it should make for an interesting dynamic!

(DING! DING! DING!)

James Peters: SHECKLER WASTING NO TIME HERE AS SHE IMMEDIATELY RUSHES TOWARDS MALICE AND TAKES HER DOWN WITH A LOU THESZ PRESS!! SHE BEGINS THROWING A FEW RIGHTS AND LEFTS BUT BEFORE SHE CAN LAND TOO MANY SHE’S THROWN OFF MALICE AND BOTH WOMEN MAKE IT BACK TO THEIR FEET!

Rich Russillo: Lexi Sheckler such a fiery, fierce competitor. Exactly like her adversary here tonight, it’s really the perfect match up!

James Peters: MALICE LUNGES FORWARD TO LOCK UP WITH SHECKLER BUT… SHECKLER SPITS RIGHT IN HER FACE STOPPING MALICE DEAD IN HER TRACKS… MALICE WIPES THE SPIT OFF HER FACE… AND GREETS SHECKLER WITH A LOUD, THUNDEROUS SLAP RIGHT ACROSS THE MOUTH!!… MALICE NOW COMES CHARGING BUT SHECKLER GETS HER BOOT UP AND SENDS IT RIGHT INTO THE MID-SECTION… SHE PLACES HER IN A POWERBOMB CLUTCH AND LIFTS HER UP… NOW POSITIONING HER IN A CRUCIFIX… BUT MALICE IS ABLE TO SLIP OUT AND LAND BEHIND SHECKLER… NOW LEAPING UP… GRABBING HER BY THE HEAD AND PULLING HER DOWN INTO THE CANVAS WITH A NECKBREAKER!!

James Peters: Sheckler rolls over to the ropes where she looks to pull herself to her feet… Malice sets herself up in the corner… SHECKLER MAKES IT BACK TO A VERTICAL BASE AND TURNS AROUND AS MALICE DARTS TOWARDS HER… RUNNING KNEE!! A RUNNING KNEE RIGHT TO THE FACE THAT TAKES SHECKLER OUT!! MALICE CRAWLS TOWARDS THE COVER WHERE SHE HOOKS THE LEG!!

Ref: ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… NO!! SHOULDER UP!!

Rich Russillo: Sheckler won’t be able to take many of those, she needs to get on track here! And it’s becoming increasingly clear that Malice is going to target the head and neck area of Lexi Sheckler here!

James Peters: Sheckler again finds herself needing the ropes to make it back to her feet. Malice however aids her this time as she pulls her up and then back into the center of the ring… SHE LIFTS HER UP FOR A SCOOP SLAM… BUT IT’S REVERSED INTO A REVERSE DDT!! SHECKLER NOW SETS HERSELF UP IN THE CORNER… STALKING HER PREY AS MALICE GETS BACK TO HER FEET… SHECKLER CHARGES WITH A CLOTHESLINE… DUCKED BY MALICE… BUT SHECKLER ADAPTS AND GOES LOW INSTEAD, TAKING OUT THE LEG OF MALICE, BRINGING HER DOWN TO HER KNEES… AND NOW FROM BEHIND… A SHINING WIZARD TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD!!

Rich Russillo: WOW!! Did you hear that?! That was to the BACK of the head… Malice has all that hair there for “padding” but that sounded like it connected with bare skin.

James Peters: Malice crawls over to the corner, hoping to gain some distance from her opponent but to no avail as Sheckler is on the hunt right behind her… AND NOW A VICIOUS STOMP TO THE FACE OF MALICE… AND NOW A SECOND ONE, JUST ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL! She pulls Malice out of the corner… BEFORE CONNECTING WITH A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP TO THE CHEST!! Sheckler now glancing over at the turnbuckle… I’m not sure if that’s somewhere she likes to go often… WAIT NO!! IT LOOKS LIKE INSTEAD SHE’S TRYING TO PULL OFF THE TURNBUCKLE PADDING!! THE REFEREE PLEADING WITH HER NOT TO, BUT SHE’S DONE IT!! THE TURNBUCKLE PADDING HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF OF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE AND NOW FOAM IS ALL SCATTERED ABOUT IN THE RING!! SHE PULLS MALICE UP… SHE GRABS A FIST FULL OF HER HAIR AND OH LOOK OUT HERE!! SHE’S GONNA RAM HER HEAD RIGHT INTO THAT EXPOSED TURNBUCKLE!!

James Peters: BUT MALICE GETS A FOOT UP AND BLOCKS IT!! AND NOW SHE SENDS A FEW FEW ELBOWS INTO THE STERNUM OF LEXI SHECKLER… IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS GOING TO COME BACK TO BITE HER!! MALICE NOW GRABS HER BY THE HAIR AND THROWS HER… NO!! SHECKLER BLOCKS IT TOO!! THE SAME EXACT WAY THAT MALICE DID BY GETTING HER FOOT UP ON THE MIDDLE ROPE… BOTH WOMEN TRYING TO GAIN AN UPPER GROUND HERE… RIGHTS, LEFTS, ELBOWS AND FOREARMS BEING THROWN IN EVERY DIRECTION HERE BY BOTH WOMEN… AND OH LOOK OUT!!

James Peters: MALICE GRABBED SHECKLER, SHECKLER GRABBED MALICE AND THEY BOTH RAMMED EACH OTHER INTO THE TURNBUCKLE, HEADBUTTING EACH OTHER AND CONNECTING WITH THE EXPOSED STEEL AT THE SAME TIME!! BOTH WOMEN HIT THE CANVAS AND ROLL TO THE OUTSIDE!!

Ref: ONE!

Rich Russillo: Both ladies took a nasty fall there… you see Layla heading over to check on Malice.

Ref: TWO!

(A replay is shown of both women connecting with the turnbuckle as well as each other’s heads)

Ref: THREE!

James Peters: An absolutely crucial point in this match here, assuming these ladies are able to get up… whoever can manage it first will have a clear and definite advantage!

Ref: FOUR!

Rich Russillo: I don’t know if that’s a safe assumption to make though, Peters. Neither woman has moved since the collision.

Ref: FIVE!

James Peters: OH! SPOKE TO SOON, RICH… SHECKLER IS STARTING TO STIR!!

Ref: SIX!

Rich Russillo: MALICE STILL HASN’T MOVED, LAYLA SCREAMING AT HER BUT IT’S DOING NO GOOD!

Ref: SEVEN!

James Peters: THIS MIGHT BE A COUNT OUT VICTORY FOR SHECKLER!

Ref: EIGHT!

Rich Russillo: SHECKLER IS CRAWLING, GETTING HER HANDS ON THE APRON AND PULLING HERSELF UP TO HER FEET!

Ref: NINE!

James Peters: OH BUT… WHAT THE HELL?! WHO THE?! LAYLA!! LAYLA CRAWLED UNDER THE RING AND GRABBED SHECKLER’S FOOT PREVENTING HER FROM MAKING IT BACK INTO THE RING!!

Ref: TEN!

(DING! DING! DING!)

(The crowd begins to boo in confusion at what just happened. The referee exits the ring and heads over to Bella Braxton to deliver his ruling)

Bella Braxton: Ladies and gentlemen… the referee has declared this match a DOUBLE COUNT OUT!

James Peters: AW COME ON NOW! WHAT IS THIS?!

Rich Russillo: IT’S STRATEGY, PETERS! By the time the referee got to his eight count, Layla knew there was absolutely no way Malice was going to be able to make it back into that ring so she made the decision to stop Sheckler from doing the same so she wouldn’t get the win! And she did it out of the view of the referee no less! Sure we may have been robbed of an actual conclusion to this match but but Layla was just watching out for her sister!

(Layla is shown helping Malice, who’s still a bit out of it up the ramp before the camera cuts back to a very angry Sheckler)

(Camera fades backstage to the Blicky Boyz locker room, there is a large number of people in it with loud music playing as Malcolm Jones and Chris Elite can be seen in the forefront)

Chris Elite: Yo my bad about last night man, I couldn’t come out there to help you fight them dudes off and Hawk took advantage.

Malcolm Jones: Aye fam it’s gucci. I know you had something way more important to focus on and that’s winning the Welterweight Championship. Just like I was focused on winning the Light Heavyweight Championship. It is what it is tho, you win some you lose some but I tell you what, them Wall Street Fuckboys ain’t seen the last of me.

Chris Elite: Fendi fact. I wanted to ask you about them, what you tryna do? I’m with whatever.

Malcolm Jones: Way ahead of you. We said we wanted to become double champions by winning singles and tag titles right?

Chris Elite: Right.

Malcolm Jones: Well we could still make that happen for you at least in the interim. I got us a number one contenders match for the tag team championship. We’ll be killing two birds with one stone because it will be against them boys who costed me that match last night.

Chris Elite: I like the sound of that. Big Bhris.. Tag Team and Welterweight Champion. It’s got a nice ring to it don’t you think? Oh by the way, if we ain’t facing them for the tag team championships and they’re the only other team I know of, then who the hell are we facing?

Malcolm Jones: I have no idea, I was just told to “stay tuned”.

Chris Elite: Whatever b, it don’t matter anyways. We ain’t losing.

Malcolm Jones: We can toast to that.

(Chris Elite and Malcolm Jones toast two Henny bottles and begin drinking, camera fades to black)

(Commercial break)

(Camera fades back to ringside)

(“Resurge” by Gone is Gone hits to loud boos as Sienna Jade makes her way down the ramp mocking the fans and posing)

Rich Russillo: Here comes a young lady who has certainly shooken things up in womens wrestling as of late. Sienna Jade shocked the world last week by defeating Aria Jaxon in a one on one match, granted she had help from the entire Freeweight division… but regardless, seeing Aria laid on that mat for the three count was just something that us as wrestling fans have not been accustomed to seeing for a very long time.

James Peters: Well get used to it, Sienna Jade is here and you heard the girl, whatever you’ve been used to seeing in womens wrestling you can forget about that being the norm here! She’s a barrier breaker in my opinion, she went for the absolute jugular in order to establish her position as the top female here and it’s certainly worked!

(Sienna Jade enters the ring and grabs a mic, posing again before her music fades off and she begins to talk)

Sienna Jade: Boo as much as you want, but please understand this your little hero Aria Jaxon is a thing of the past. In fact she’s not a thing at all in REVOLT, because she will never accomplish anything here when it’s all said and done. I know REVOLT management and fans alike are all disappointed at the fact that the golden child underperformed, that she didn’t live up to expectations here, and that I exposed her. Look on the bright side though, you finally have a talent you can look up to and aspire be like… even though you’ll never be me. The REVOLT Freeweight Division is all about equal opportunity and people getting fair shots to prove themselves as stars, or at least that’s how it should be. That is why I took it upon myself to ensure that anything that disrupts the chances of that happening must be dealt with accordingly.

Sienna Jade: Aria Jaxon disrupts that and she had to be dealt with. She is someone who has paraded around for too long being hyped as some unstoppable force, or some once in a generation talent but the only talent she’s ever had was brainwashing you idiots into thinking she was ever anything special in that ring. And everyone bows to her and worships the ground she walks on, well not I. Here in REVOLT you’re going to have to prove yourself to me before I deem you worthy of my respect and Aria failed the test. Myself however, I proved to you all that I am the number one woman in this business, I proved that I am the one to look out for. I did what was seemingly impossible by stopping the unstoppable. Now I think I deserve to be rightfully placed where I belong, in a match to determine the first ever Freeweight Champion. Just think about it, would you rather have some edgelords as champion? Or how about an overrated broad with a deflated ego? Yeah I thought so, that’s why the only logical answer is moi, Sienna Jade!

(“Off With Her Head” by Icon For Hire” hits to a mixed reaction as Ms. Extreme makes her way out to the ring with a mic in hand)

Ms. Extreme: Okay Sienna enough is enough. We all collectively agreed as a division to work together in order to ensure that regardless of what happens, Aria Jaxon is not the face of our division, or a factor at all. You played a part, I played a part, Madison played a part, as did the rest of the girls. So why are you coming out here trying to take all of the credit and politic for a spot in a championship match based on the work WE did? Let’s be honest here, I was the one doing the damage to Aria Jaxon, you just picked up the scraps and pinned her. Even yesterday, you were hiding off somewhere else while I was a part of a team that once again took Aria out. So why is it that you think it’s okay to disregard what I did to prop yourself up when in reality you did nothing?

Sienna Jade: Awww, I sense some insecurity. You want your credit? Fine, here it is. You helped take Aria down, there. Now you can finally brag to your sisters about an accolade they never had the chance to achieve. Now get out of my ring.

Ms. Extreme: No, you don’t get it… I’m not going anywhere until I’M the one in that championship match. I sat back for too long watching people around me go on to achieve their goals and ascend to new heights while all I’ve done was be complacent, those days are over.

Sienna Jade: Touching. But people like you were simply meant to finish last whereas the people around you and the people close to you are always ahead. Don’t take it personal though, SOMEBODY has to play the role, right?

Ms. Extreme: Yes, and it’s going to be you. You wanna know the difference between us? I’ve been the one doing the dirty work and defeating opponents fair and square. I’m 2-0 here and both were matches where I didn’t need any outside help. Despite defeating Aria, you aren’t even a proven commodity, all you’ve done is pin her already broken body that I broke for you. ANYBODY could have done that. And quite frankly, you’re beginning to become a walking contradiction, you claim Aria is nothing special while trying to use her status to improve yours and get a title shot.

Sienna Jade: Like I was saying, somebody has to play the role right? That’s what you are, a roleplayer nothing more nothing less. You serve no purpose outside of being a pawn on my chess board. If you wanted a title shot you should have spoken up but I came out here first and you know what they say, the early bird gets the worm first.

(“This Could Be Anywhere In The World” by Alexisonfire hits to loud boos as Madison Kaline makes her way out to the ring with a mic in hand and an angry expression on her face)

Madison Kaline: I don’t like either one of you in the slightest bit, but our mutual hatred for Aria brought us all together for one common goal. Yet somehow in the back of my mind I knew I shouldn’t have trusted either of you. What did I do though? I went against that and I have never regretted anything more. Sienna, if you think you’re going to make a come up off of MY hard work, then maybe I should just kick your ass and show you that it won’t be happening on my watch. And you Ms. Extreme, what’s all this “I” talk? You didn’t do shit, I was the catalyst! I was in the front! And I made the first move! You followed my lead afterwards, both times! That’s why you need to do the same thing fall in line behind me for that championship, otherwise I’ll kick YOUR ass too.

Ms. Extreme: Madison, I’m hoping cooler heads prevail and whatnot so we can all just agree on the FACT that I’m the only one here who deserves to be the Freeweight Champion, however…. if you threaten me again I will-

(Madison gets right in Ms Extreme’s face before she can finish her sentence)

Madison Kaline: What are you going to do?! Huh?!

???: Ladies! Ladies! Ladies! Calm down!

(Talib Bari comes running down to the ring to loud cheers as he slides in under the bottom rope but his stomach gets stuck for a few seconds. He finally rolls through and immediately gets between Madison and Ms Extreme to prevent them from fighting)

Talib Bari: If you know anything about me? You know I’m not giving away big money fights without the proper promotion behind it! So ain’t no way any blows will be thrown tonight, not on my watch!

(Sienna Jade is leaning on turnbuckle as the commotion is going on as she picks up the mic and begins speaking again)

Sienna Jade: Great, Talib Bari is here to give me my rightful placement in the match.

Madison Kaline: More like MY rightful placement.

Ms Extreme: Both of you need to just go away already.

Talib Bari: Okay let me finish what I was saying. I love the energy, I love the tenacity, the willingness and determination and all that fancy stuff. You three ladies all want the championship and you have all taken the necessary measures in order to ensure a greater chance of that happening by eliminating a big factor. However, Sienna Jade WAS the one actually in that match, despite the fact that you two ladies basically weakened her opponent up for her, that doesn’t go in the record books or win/loss column for you, ya know? However regardless of how it was achieved or who helped her… Sienna picking up that win has upped her stock tremendously. You know how many Fox Sports networks are trying to book her for a show just to talk about the fuckery? Exactly. The sad reality is that nobody is asking for either of you two despite the huge part that you two played in it.

(Sienna Jade can be seen making faces with her tongue out at the two ladies to their displeasure)

Talib Bari: With that being said, you know I love publicity and right now, that’s what Sienna Jade brings. On top of the fact that she was the first person to come out here and like she said, the early bird gets the worm first. That’s why I have decided that Sienna Jade WILL be placed into a match to compete for the Freeweight Championship.

(The crowd boos intensely as the two ladies can be seen bickering at Talib off mic)

Talib Bari: I’m sorry, it’s a business decision! But here’s you two ladies chances to turn the tables though, because next week the both of you will be placed into a match. A main event match. A match that will determine who Sienna’s opponent will be at REVOLT 1. Madison Kaline versus Ms. Extreme, the winner will go onto become the OTHER number one contender for the Freeweight Championship.

Madison Kaline: I’ve never disagreed more with a decision being made of making Sienna an automatic contender simply because you’re an attention whore. However, if defeating this loser is all it takes, then count me in. I’ll see you at REVOLT 1, Sienna.

Ms. Extreme: You sure will, from the sidelines that is. That Freeweight Championship is coming home to the Ava family.

Talib Bari: Good luck ladies, may the best one win.

(Talib Bari’s theme, “Gyalchester” by Drake hits as Talib Bari directs Ms Extreme and Madison Kaline to leave the ring separately, as Sienna Jade looks over in the corner amused)

(Talib Bari then leaves and makes his way down the ring shaking hands with fans)

Rich Russillo: And there you have it, we finally get the gist of what the Freeweight Championship picture will look like, now it’s a matter of determining whether Madison or Ms Extreme will step up to the plate, who do you have James?

James Peters: Madison is a veteran in her own right, but I’m going to have to go with the even more seasoned veteran in Ms Extreme!

Rich Russillo: I hear you but she might break a hip in the match, Madison Kaline is younger and in her prime, she’s definitely advancing in my opinion!

James Peters: Coming up next folks, two of REVOLT!’s brightest young stars as Ryan Ransik takes on “The Outlaw” Liam!

(REVOLT 1 teaser is aired – Witness the historic event LIVE February 17th!)

(Camera fades to the ring)

(“Bulls on Parade” by Rage Against the Machine hits as Ryan Ransik approaches the stage and makes his way to the ring)

Bella Braxton: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring first, from Baltimore, Maryland… weighing in at 247 pounds… RYYYANNNN RANNNNSSIIIKKK!!

James Peters: Ryan Ransik put up a great fight against Ryan Savage last week but came up JUST short! Hopefully he has better luck tonight.

(“Bad Reputation” by Adelitas Way hits as Liam approaches the stage. He pops the collar of his coat before continuing down to the ring)

Bella Braxton: And his opponent, from Dublin, Ireland… weighing in at 225 pounds… “THE OUTLAW”… LIAAAAAMMMMM!!

Rich Russillo: THE JUDGE VERSUS THE OUTLAW… LET’S DO IT!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

James Peters: There’s the bell and here we go! Ransik with an obvious size advantage but Liam is no slouch, he shouldn’t have any problem holding his own… Both men dance around the ring a bit before they meet in the center to lock up! The size advantage working in favor of Ransik early here as he’s able to push Liam into the corner… the referee tries to seperate the two… BUT NOT BEFORE RANSIK GETS A SHOT IN, A HARD RIGHT HAND RIGHT TO THE JAW!!

James Peters: Liam comes out of the corner to meet Ransik in the middle of the ring again… BUT LIAM DOESN’T GO FOR THE LOCK UP THIS TIME… HE LEAPS AND ATTACKS THE HEAD OF RANSIK, APPLYING A HEADLOCK AND WRENCHING IT A FEW TIMES… BUT RANSIK PUSHES HIM OFF, SENDING HIM INTO THE ROPES… RANSIK DROPS HIS HEAD LOOKING FOR A BACK BODY DROP BUT LIAM GETS HIS FOOT UP AND CRACKS IT AGAINST THE SKULL OF RANSIK… STAGGERING HIM!!

Rich Russillo: BUT HE DOESN’T GO DOWN!! RANSIK TRYING TO REMAIN ON HIS FEET… BUT HERE COMES LIAM AGAIN!!

James Peters: LIAM COMES RUNNING… WITH A CROSSBODY THAT… OH WAIT!! OH NO!! RANSIK CATCHES HIM… INTO A FALLAWAY SLAM!! A FALLAWAY SLAM DELIVERED TO LIAM WHO LANDS SPINE FIRST AND NOW GETS BACK TO HIS FEET CLUTCHING HIS LOWER BACK!!… THIS TIME IT’S RANSIK’S TURN TO COME CHARGING… AND WOW!! TURNING HIM INSIDE OUT WITH A CLOTHESLINE, WOW WHAT IMPACT!!

James Peters: Ransik isn’t looking to waste any time here. He pulls Liam back to his feet and tosses him over his shoulders… MAYBE LOOKING FOR THAT RUNNING POWERSLAM THAT HE LIKES TO CALL CASE DISMISSED… BUT LIAM SLIPS BEHIND HIM… INVERTED DDT!! NOW IT’S LIAM’S TURN TO GO ON THE OFFENSE, LANDING A FEW STOMPS INTO THE CHEST BEFORE MAKING HIS WAY OVER TO THE CORNER AND SETTING HIMSELF UP ON THE SECOND ROPE… HE LEAPS OFF AND DROPS A KNEE RIGHT ACROSS THE FACE OF RANSIK… HE FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE COVER, THE FIRST OF THE MATCH UP!!

Ref: ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… NO RANSIK POWERS OUT!!

Rich Russillo: Smart by Liam though, he’s not one to really mess around with the turnbuckles or go high risk but when you don’t have the size advantage, sometimes it’s good to go outside your comfort zone to deliver punishment to your opponent!

James Peters: Liam gets Ransik back to his feet… HE GRABS HIM BY THE ARM AND PULLS HIM IN… RAIN TRIGGER!! THAT KNEE RIGHT TO THE FACE THAT BRINGS RANSIK DOWN TO HIS KNEES!!… LIAM NOW BACKING UP INTO THE ROPES AND NOW CHARGING FORWARD… HE’S LOOKING TO CONNECT WITH ANOTHER KNEE… BUT UH OH!! RANSIK CATCHES THIS ONE!! RANSIK CATCHES THE KNEE… AND NOW TOSSES HIM ONTO HIS SHOULDERS IN A POWERBOMB POSITION… RANSIK NOW GETS TO HIS FEET WITH LIAM’S WEIGHT ON TOP OF HIM… WHAT STRENGTH!! LIAM IS TRYING TO THROW PUNCHES BUT RANSIK RUNS AND THROWS HIM RIGHT INTO THE CORNER… LIAM LANDING SPINE FIRST!!

James Peters: RANSIK NOW COMES RUNNING… BIG BOOT!! A BIG BOOT TO A CORNERED LIAM!! HE THROWS HIM DOWN TO THE CANVAS AND HOOKS THE LEG!!

Ref: ONEEE!!… TWOOO!! AND… NO!! LIAM ABLE TO GET THE SHOULDER UP AFTER THAT PHENOMENAL SEQUENCE FROM RYAN RANSIK, I THOUGHT HE HAD HIM!!

Rich Russillo: And apparently, so did Ryan Ransik who gets to his feet a bit stunned that he wasn’t able to put Liam away there… Ransik has to shake off the doubt, he still has things he can hit Liam with… don’t focus on the negative!

James Peters: Liam starting to stir here as he brings himself to his feet… Ransik pulls him the rest of the way up… TOSSING HIM OVER HIS SHOULDERS, PERHAPS AGAIN LOOKING FOR THAT RUNNING POWERSLAM BUT LIAM WITH A FLOAT OVER DDT!! FLOAT OVER DDT AND RANSIK GOES SKULL FIRST RIGHT INTO THE CANVAS!! RANSIK GETS BACK TO HIS FEET… WOBBLY, STILL FEELING THE EFFECTS… AND LIAM CONNECTS WITH A SECOND RAIN TRIGGER!! THIS ONE BRINGS RANSIK ALL THE WAY DOWN!! AND I THINK LIAM IS CALLING FOR THE END HERE!!

James Peters: LIAM TRYING TO PUT RYAN RANSIK AWAY RIGHT HERE AND NOW… HE MEETS RANSIK WITH A KICK TO THE GUT… LOOKING FOR DARK DESIRES BUT RANSIK NOT ALLOWING LIAM TO GET THE ARMS HOOKED… HE SPINS OUT OF IT AND CONNECTS WITH ANOTHER CLOTHESLINE!!

Rich Russillo: MY GOD those clotheslines from Ransik are just devastating… AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE HE’S SIGNALING FOR THE END!! LIAM SLOWLY TO HIS FEET… HE TURNS AROUND AND RANSIK PLACES HIM IN A GUTWRENCH… NOW LIFTING HIM UP INTO A CRUCIFIX… THE FINAL VERDICT!!… BUT NO!! LIAM WITH ALMOST LIKE A MULE KICK TO THE SPINE OF RANSIK WHO DROPS LIAM… LIAM SPINS RANSIK AROUND… KICK TOE KICK TO THE MID-SECTION… DARK DESIRES!! IT CONNECTS!! THE COVER!!

Ref: ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… THREEEE!!

(“Bad Reputation” hits as Liam gets to his feet to celebrate his victory)

Bella Braxton: Here is your winner… “THE OUTLAW”… LIIIIAAAAMMMMMM!!

James Peters: LIAM SNEAKS OUT A WIN IN THE END!!

Rich Russillo: Don’t make it sound like this was cheap, Peters. Liam worked extremely hard for this victory, give him the credit that he deserves. And props to Ryan Ransik too, again tonight luck wasn’t on his side but he continues to impress me… I see big things coming for him in the future.

(The camera focuses in on a frustrated Ryan Ransik pounding his fist into the canvas before the camera fades over to the commentary table)

Rich Russillo: Well folks elsewhere in the world of REVOLT, we’ve seemingly went viral again as a personality has emerged telling absolutely ANYBODY who’s willing to listen about his latest prospect… check it out.

(Previously recorded on last Monday’s episode of Fox Sports’ ‘Undisputed’)

Skip Bayless: You’re telling me, that in your prime you could have defeated CM Banks, Mr DEDEDE, and Impact. :skip:

RJ Skilled: In the same match! Hands tied behind my back! They too slow, I got that footspeed over them. My prospect Jason Skilled would beat them in their prime too, shoot he’d even beat ME in MY prime, that Striker boy got all the tools I had, PLUS the size and the muscle, you can’t top that! He’d eat Impact for breakfast and then use that boy CM Banks as a toothpick, no losses over here!

Shannon Sharpe: But by your logic of them being too slow on their feet for you because they’re bigger than you, wouldn’t that make Jason Skilled, a beefy 245 pound man of pure muscle also be too slow for someone like those three, who are smaller than him?

RJ Skilled: Don’t compare my boy to them unathletic white boys! You wanna know what makes him stand out from them and basically everybody else? He got them Skilled genes! They don’t make em like that nowhere else but in this family!

Skip Bayless: So let me get this right, essentially you’re saying… Jason Skilled will be the greatest of all times and he has potential to surpass the likes of the greatest men to ever grace this business. :skip:

RJ Skilled: Potential? My boy already passed them! I know what I see when he’s in the ring everyday training, I know what I personally taught him and that’s why I know ain’t nobody else in this business got what my boy got, he got that special Striker blood, we only breed champions!

Skip Bayless: Are you aware of the immense pressure you’re currently subjecting your son to? As well as the target you may be putting on his back with absurd statements disrespecting the greats of this business?

RJ Skilled: Greats? Boy the only greats I know is the great RJ Skilled and his son the GREAT Jason Skilled.

Shannon Sharpe: SKIIUULP.. Are you gonna tell this man? Or should I?

Skip Bayless: Go ahead.

Shannon Sharpe: You know Ronn Banks is one of the dudes that signs your paycheck right? Like if you work for REVOLT you basically work for him?

RJ Skilled: Me? Jason? Working for anybody? HAH. Don’t make me laugh Shannon, we’re independently built over here. Don’t get it twisted, we’re the ones making REVOLT relevant so in all honesty him, Mike Silver, and any of them other boys in them fancy suits need to be working for us. Shoot I might just make my own company one day, Skilled Striker Wrestling. Imagine a brotha running his own company? Mannn they’d try to put us out of business before we even start. But nobody can stop that Skilled train that’s why we coming full speed ahead and we doing what we want. You feel me Shannon?

Shannon Sharpe: Hey man dream big.

Skip Bayless: What do you think the response from the staff over at REVOLT will be from you essentially disrespecting them to hype up an unproven prospect?

RJ Skilled: I don’t care! I don’t answer to no man! Nobody is stopping that Skilled train, get on it before it’s too late because I’m telling you right now, my boy is gonna be the greatest ever.

(Camera transitions back to the booth)

Rich Russillo: What an obnoxious guy!

James Peters: I don’t know, I think I might be believing him :lupe:

Rich Russillo: :russwtf: Are you serious? The guys delusional and disrespectful! Why are we even giving him a platform?

James Peters: Well if his son is even half as good as advertised, I think it might be worth inquiring about..

Rich Russillo: Something I KNOW that’s worth inquiring about is just what the hell is going on with the Heavyweight division, it would appear that the race to become the first champion is wide open! We have a Heavyweight battle coming up next!

Rich Russillo: Andrei Sokolova versus Justin Jones… and a good impression tonight could do wonders for them!

(Camera fades to the ring)

Bella Braxton: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

(“goosebumps” by Travis Scott hits as lights dim and Andrei Sokolova makes his way to the ring)

Bella Braxton: Approaching the ring first, from Doncaster, England… weighing in at 245 pounds… ANDDDREEEIIIII SOOOOOKKKKKOOOOOLLLLOVVVVVAAAAA!!

James Peters: This–

Rich Russillo: NO!! MY TIME!! I LOVE THIS GUY!! I’m not trying to take anything away from Justin Jones who is a very formidable competitor but Andrei Sokolova is someone who I can see seriously being the future of the heavyweight division… whatever you need to have to be the man… he’s got it!

(“Kingdom” by Downstait hits as Justin Jones walks to the ring keeping complete focus on his opponent)

Bella Braxton: And his opponent, from Toronto, Canada… weighing in at 245 pounds… JUSSSTTTTINNNNN JOOOONNNNEEEESSS!!

James Peters: You hit it on the head though, partner… Justin Jones ISN’T someone to take lightly! If Sokolova does that tonight, things aren’t gonna end well for him!

(DING! DING! DING!)

James Peters: Sokolova comes out of the corner waiting for Justin Jones to meet him but Jones isn’t gonna take the bait… He stays back in his corner… warming up against the ropes… SOKOLOVA RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE CHARGES AT HIM… BUT JONES MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND SOKOLOVA GOES FLYING INTO THE CORNER… AND NOW JONES GOES ON THE ATTACK… PUMMELING HIM WITH LEFTS AND RIGHTS, SO MANY THAT SOKOLOVA CAN’T KEEP UP!! HE HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THEM!!

Rich Russillo: And Andrei Sokolova making a HUGE rookie mistake! I get that you may wanna make a big impression and put your opponent away quickly but you have to play it smart… if he won’t come to you that DOESN’T mean you go to him…

James Peters: Jones gets Sokolova back to his feet and whips him into the corner… HE COMES CHARGING AT HIM AND CONNECTS WITH A CLOTHESLINE!! Sokolova comes stumbling out… AND RIGHT INTO A SCOOP SLAM BY JUSTIN JONES!! AND NOW JONES DROPS AN ELBOW ACROSS THE CHEST!! Jones takes a few steps back… NOW LOOKING FOR A KNEE DROP BUT SOKOLOVA MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND JUSTIN JONES CONNECTS WITH NOTHING BUT CANVAS!! Jones hobbles back to his feet, clutching onto his knee… AND NOW SOKOLOVA FROM BEHIND GRABS JONES… PULLING HIS HEAD DOWN… CHAOS CONTROL!! CHAOS CONTROL CONNECTS!! IT DOESN’T APPEAR LIKE THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE AS SOKOLOVA HOOKS THE LEG!!

Ref: ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… THREEEE!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

(“goosebumps” hits as Andrei Sokolova gets back to his feet and poses on the turnbuckle)

Bella Braxton: Here is your winner… ANDDDDREEEEIIIII SOOOOOKKKKOOOOLLLOVVVAAAA!!

Rich Russillo: Well, there really wasn’t much Justin Jones could’ve done there… I know it’s not the result he wanted but he got a decent bit off offense in, for as short as the match was… once Sokolova had him in his clutches for the Chaos Control though… there was nothing more he could do.

(The camera opens back up to the Blackham Coliseum, and the still buzzing crowd sits in anticipation … until the lights in the arena slowly fade to black.)

(We see the LED stage light up from an aerial view, and we get a dramatic display of highlights from the careers of Impact and Mr. DEDEDE, showing a fast-paced montage of them hitting their major moves, holding up championships, and winning prestigious accolades.)

(“I Am A God” by Kanye West plays.)

(The footage on the LED display begins to form static, and be interrupted with heavy interference – continuing to get more interrupted …. and we a hear a thunderous applause from the crowd, finally showing Mr. DEDEDE and Impact walk out to the stage, side by side, with a cunning grin on both of their faces.)

Rich Russillo: NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS DID I EVER THINK I’D SEE THIS… MR. DEDEDE, Y2IMPACT, ARGUABLY THE TWO GREATEST WRESTLERS TO EVER STEP FOOT IN A RING, AND TWO OF THE GREATEST RIVALS THIS BUSINESS HAVE EVER SEEN, NOW STAND SIDE BY SIDE IN A REVOLT! PRO COMBAT ARENA!

(DDD dons a plain black designer tee and blue jeans, and Impact dresses in a gray armani vest outfit over a white dress shirt, wearing dark gucci shades. The two walk down the ramp with an air of supreme confidence, grinning and watching the fans go nuts for them.)

James Peters: WELL IF YOU THOUGHT THIS WAS A CROWD OF CASUALS, YOU SURE AS HELL WERE WRONG! EVERYONE IN THIS BUILDING KNOWS WHO THESE TWO MEN ARE, AND NOT SURPRISING, THEY ARE HOUSEHOLD NAMES OUTSIDE OF THIS BUSINESS AND ABSOLUTE TOP-TIER LEGENDS IN IT!

Rich Russillo: The last time we saw these two in the same ring, it was in a classic bout known as “Match Of The Universe II” competing in a 5 star contest for World Championship gold! The fact they have put their differences aside, seemingly enough, to form a united front … that’s a game changer! Multitudes of World Championships between the two, classic matches individually and as opponents, tens – if not hundreds of millions of dollars brought into this sport just by the name of these two alone! They have the floor!

(Impact and DDD stand by with a mic individually in their hands, and “I Am A God” dies down just as Impact goes to speak.)

Impact: What’s the saying floating around these days? “Restore the feeling” …. Revolt Pro Combat, I come to you as a man overjoyed, impassioned, and delighted to inform you all here on this historic evening, that the feeling has officially been restored. And this feeling, is Quintessential.

(Crowd pops)

Impact: That wasn’t for your amusement. The feeling being restored is the presence of the two – not two of – THE TWO greatest legends to ever step foot in the ring of any combat sport. The feeling being restored is similar to that of a homecoming. After all, no matter what pro wrestling establishment opens its doors, and no matter what empire erects from the ground level and finds a way to build until their castle reaches the skies, these empires are all built on hallowed ground. That is because of the foundation we have set. Every structure that is built upon on these grounds are built in our name, and are of our influence, therefore REVOLT is our domain, and in this kingdom we will rule.

Mr. DEDEDE: In a land full of symbols, and status, and status symbols – you will find a key distinction between the posers like them, and those who impose such as us. That’s because our status isn’t a symbol at all. In spite of these supposed figures of power, wealth and influence, we supersede your paper idols in every GODDAMN CATEGORY!

You may be wondering how is it that two men with a sense as pride as immeasurable as Impact and I’s would be able to put our differences aside. As far as I was concerned, this business was dead to me. This world of lights, and cameras, and adulation, in all of it’s glory, felt inconspicuous to every other fucking layer of hell I’ve had to endure. But I saw the vision, it was as clear to me as the Burning Bush on the road to Damascus. It made itself clear unto me that there was more to accomplish, more untraveled terrain, more uncharted territory, greater levels of greatness even unseen by the likes of us.

Impact: So we did what was paramount to the survival of any man or woman in this business, and we adapted.

Mr. DEDEDE: We became formless, ever-changing, like water.

Impact: Yet we remained jagged, and abrasive, like an iron blade strengthened by another of it’s caliber.

Mr. DEDEDE: Like Liquid Swords, we are weapons mightier than the penmanship of an apostle, with the design and more worth than the ink of a scholar, as well as the intent to spill the blood of a roster full of martyrs. Neither of us have been hesitant to swing the unmerciful blade, even if it means being the executioner to our enemies. And ANY FUCKING BODY WHO STANDS BETWEEN MY WANTS, AND MY DESIRES, ARE MY ENEMY. AND I WILL PERSECUTE MY ENEMIES WITH NO DISCRIMINATION.

Impact: We have arrived to redefine what it means to reach the pinnacle, and as a united front we have our sights set to the first of the many accolades in our sights… the REVOLT Tag Team Championships. My advice to those with their sights in the same direction? Don’t be a martyr. Don’t antagonize us, don’t get in our away.

Mr. DEDEDE: Test us not.

(DDD drops his mic, Impact drops his, and “I Am A God” picks back up prompting DDD and Imp to take respective turnbuckles, and Imp taunts to the crowd while DDD throws up his double corna taunt. The two take their leave.)

James Peters: Wow! The unstoppable force and the immovable object — aligned! Maybe never before have we seen two colossuses, two titans of biblical proportions, come together as we have just witnessed! Juggernauts beyond reproach when isolated and divided merging together to form the perfect whole. This is Priscus and Verus, gladiators regarded as evenly matched in nearly every respect, coming together to wreak havoc on the Revolt landscape and “restore the feeling” by resetting the hegemonic order in their image!

Russillo: Let’s just make one thing abundantly clear: DEDEDE and Impact haven’t arrived in Revolt to be selfless torchbearers igniting the flames of the next generation. They’re here to extinguish those flames before they become wildfires, all in the process to heat themselves up and burn everybody else along their scorched path. They’re going into business for themselves, and anyone who blocks that path will become nothing but collateral damage. That’s how they see it.

Peters: They’re changing the game and redefining its rules as they weave the very fabric of the REVOLT! Tag division together! They’re going to embark on a tireless pursuit of those REVOLT! Tag Team Championships, and Rich? Everybody’s a witness.

(Camera fades to black and the REVOLT! logo buzzes)
